This curry tastes like it has simmered on the stove all day, so no one has to know that it only took you about half an hour to prepare! The broth has a little heat to it, as well as a slight sweetness that really compliments the plump shrimp! Steamed rice is served on the side, but we like to pour our curry right on top and eat it all together!
