Peanut Butter, Chocolate, and Pretzel Skillet Cookie
This is one MASSIVE cookie, and we wouldn't have it any other way! We started with a light and fluffy cookie dough made from butter, granulated and brown sugar, vanilla, eggs, and other pantry staples, then swirled in some creamy peanut butter. Once the batter was fully mixed, we tossed in dark chocolate disks, peanut butter chips, and pretzels twists. It bakes up in the oven in a 10" skillet (you can use a 9"x13" pan) until it is puffed up with a lightly browned crust and soft and chewy inside. This thing is 2"-3" thick, so serve it up warmed with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or big glass of milk!
