Curried Carrot and Squash Soup
Welcome Fall with a big bowl of this soup! We sautéed beautiful fresh carrots and butternut squash with onions until tender, then blended them with our signature curry seasoning blend, vegetable broth, and fresh ginger until smooth and creamy. Served alongside are little tartines made from a seed bread topped with sharp cheddar, thinly sliced apple, chopped pecans, and a drizzle of honey!
