Chimichurri Grilled Shrimp
Chimichurri is a South American condiment that is widely used on all types of grilled meats, seafoods, and vegetables. It is a blend of fresh herbs, garlic, olive oil, and seasoning that can be altered based on what you can find fresh from the farmer's market or your garden that day! Our version has fresh parsley and cilantro along with lots of garlic to make for a tangy sauce for tender grilled shrimp. The shrimp is served over a creamy sweet potato mash, and toast points that can be used to sop up all of the extra delicious sauce!
